Country House for Halloween
Looking for something different for Halloween? A secluded house among holm oaks, surrounded by nature, is the perfect setting for a spooky weekend. Casa Hechizo is in the Coto de San Isidro estate (Ituero y Lama, Segovia), just over an hour from Madrid.
A spooky garden
We leave you tombstone decorations for the garden, so you can build your own graveyard among the oaks. In the autumn twilight, the atmosphere is guaranteed.
Trick-or-treating around the estate
The kids can dress up and go trick-or-treating around the estate. Something that's hard to organise in the city happens naturally here.
A night by the fire
When it gets chilly, head inside: the living room has a fireplace, two big facing sofas and a 75" TV for a horror film session. The sofas open out into double beds, so the kids can have a sleepover in the living room.
And to keep the fun going as a family: SingStar karaoke, consoles, board games, a virtual reality headset and, if the weather allows, a barbecue on the porch.
The house has 4 bedrooms and room for up to 10 people: ideal for going with another family or with friends. Many years Halloween falls on the All Saints' long weekend in Spain, so it's worth booking early.
